INTERNSHIP:

• A 5-day onsite internship at the Alappuzha-Changanassery semi-elevated highway construction was given for the 2019 -23 batch civil engineering students in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC), Chavara.
• 9 of our final year students (2019-23 batch) completed a 21-day practical training internship at the Shivalaya Constructions CO.PVT.LTD where they were exposed to the ongoing NH 66 project of the bypass from Kollam to Kadambattukonam.
• On 25th January 2024 a one-day internship on construction site practices was given to 2023-27 batch and 2022-26 batch students by the Civil Engineering department along with Arcite school of Technical Education at the Southern Railways project site, Kollam.

INDUSTRIAL VISIT:

• Students of 2023-27 batch visited Pallivasal Power station, Munnar on 7^th March 2024.

• Students of 2022-26 batch visited Asian granites, Chikkamangaluru, Karnataka.
  
   
  
• Students of 2021-25 batch visited the RAINBOW PIPES, Manipal, Karnataka, on 5^th March, 2024

 

• Students of 2020-24 batch visited Al-Yellow Stone Cutting And Carvings, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
