Under the direction of the Principal, Bishop Jerome Institute maintains a dedicated Career Guidance and Placement Division to assist with student placements. The committee, consisting of thirteen members, includes the Principal, Vice Principal, Dean of Studies, Training and Placement Officer, final year faculty coordinators, and representatives from the students.This unit is essential for helping our students make the best career decisions.

Prior to presenting students for campus placements and internship programs, the Career Guidance and Placement Unit focuses on one-on-one interactions with students to understand their academic achievement, technical knowledge, capabilities, and professional interests. In order to prepare students for the workforce, the unit also provides mandatory pre-placement training in group discussions, resume creation, personality development, and personal interviews.

Our curriculum is designed to ensure that students gain both theoretical and practical knowledge while participating in extracurricular activities to positioning them to become the best workforce in the industry going forward. By enabling continuous interaction with corporations, the placement section helps students grow holistically in accordance with industry standards.
BJI has a Campus Abroad cell that operates in conjunction with the Career Guidance and Placement Unit to provide guidance to individuals who wish to continue their education overseas.
