All administrative services concerning students and staff, including below listed regular services are provided by the Administration Office:
- Liaison & correspondence with AICTE, COA, and the University.
- Maintenance of students’ admission records and files.
- Maintenance of Staff records - personal files, certificates of experience, salary certificates, joining reports etc...
- Issue of bona-fide letters to students for bank loans, income tax relief for parents, visa and passport renewals etc..
- Scholarships - Merit and means scholarships, E-Grantz scholarships from the Government of Kerala, Scholarships from the Fisheries department of the State Government.
- Salary statements - staff increments etc., maintenance & periodical updates of records.
- Periodical collection of fees; monitor and alert on due/overdue remittances.
- Issue of circulars, notices and office orders as and when required, under the instruction & supervision of the Manager and the Principal.
The Administration Department is manned by a Superintendent, an Office Administrator, an Accountant, 3 Admin Officers, an Admission Officer, 5 office assistants and an Electrician.
