BISHOP JEROME IEDC BOOT CAMP (BJI-IEDC)

Bishop Jerome Institute has been a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship since the inauguration of the Kerala Startup Mission’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) on 10th February 2015.

Named as Bishop Jerome IEDC Boot Camp (BJI-IEDC), our mission is to enhance entrepreneurial and technical skills among students while encouraging the development of innovative products with real market potential. We strive to spread the message of Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship among students in the college and the surrounding region.

Our Initiatives

To foster creativity and design thinking, we conduct annual Innovation Challenges, promoting a strong startup culture on campus. We also organize:

Business Hub & Co-Working Space

To support student startups, we provide a 1,435 sq. ft. Business Hub as a pre-incubation facility. This co-working space includes:

✔ Workstations & seating

✔ Recreational space

This facility is actively used by students who have registered startups, helping them collaborate and grow their ventures.
