KOLLAM, March 20, 2026 – As part of the ongoing Cogniz’26 technical fest, the Bishop Jerome Institute (BJI) is set to host a comprehensive seminar titled "Fire Safety Awareness: Prevention, Protection and Emergency Response." Organized by the INFRA student association, the event aims to equip the student body with vital skills to identify, prevent, and respond to fire-related hazards effectively.

The session is designed to foster a culture of safety on campus, moving beyond theoretical knowledge to practical emergency preparedness. With the guiding theme of "Enhancing awareness and equipping individuals to prevent and respond to fire hazards," the program will cover essential protocols for both personal and professional environments.
