KOLLAM – We are incredibly proud to announce that Sarang A S, a student at Bishop Jerome Institute, has been awarded the prestigious CPrize Scholarship.

This scholarship is part of an initiative by the National Council for Technology and Training (NACTET), an autonomous organization registered under the Government of Kerala and recognized by the Government of India, New Delhi. Through a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Armstech Engineers Pvt Ltd, a leading Kerala-based construction company, NACTET provides industry-relevant education and skill development programs for engineering students.

About the Scholarship

The CPrize and MechPrize scholarship programs are designed to equip engineering students with the practical skills necessary for today’s competitive industrial landscape. By participating in this scheme, students like Sarang gain access to high-quality training and become eligible for the coveted NACTET certificate, which includes dedicated placement assistance upon the successful completion of training requirements.

Since 2013, NACTET has been a major force in technical education, having sponsored scholarship programs worth Rs. 7.9 Cr. and receiving appreciation from both State and Central Government authorities for their commitment to skill-based learning.
